Payment & Deposits
We accept all major debit and credit cards including Maestro, Visa Delta, Visa, Mastercard and American Express. You can place a deposit in-store to secure your purchase and pay the balance on collection.
Interest Free Credit
We offer Interest Free Credit (0% typical APR) in-store so you can spread payments over 6, 12, 24 or 36 months. You pay a deposit and settle the balance over an agreed period by direct debit. Approval normal takes about 20 minutes and requires proof of ID and address. Once approved, you can take your goods away on the same day. Interest Free Credit is subject to status, terms and conditions, so please ask in-store for details.
Guarantee
To give you piece of mind after purchase, all Lewis Grant diamond jewellery is provided with a 12-month guarantee against any flaw in craftsmanship. Our unique 3-year Extended Guarantee and 3-Year Annual Clean & Check further covers diamond engagement rings.
Gift Wrapping
We are delighted to offer free gift-wrapping in our luxury Lewis Grant packaging. Simply ask your sales consultant to wrap your gift at the time of purchase.
Tax free shopping
As a foreign visitor to another country you are entitled to a VAT refund on the purchases you export from the country you are visiting. To be entitled to a refund within the European Union (EU) you have to reside outside the EU. We complete the paper work for you on your behalf and when leaving the country, simply show your purchases, receipts and passport to customs officials and have your Global Refund Form stamped. You can then collect your refund by cash at a Tax Free Shopping Refund Office (available at most airports), crediting to a chosen credit card or bank account or have a bank cheque sent to a chosen address. What could be more convenient?
Jewellery Insurance
We recommend that you consider insuring your jewellery separately by taking out Marchguard Jewellery Insurance. Marchguard Jewellery Insurance covers accidental loss, theft and damage. Cover starts before you leave the store, making a claim is simple and there is no policy excess to pay. Ask your sales consultant to provide you with a quote when you purchase.
Valuations
Loss or damage of a personal item is always distressing. But think how much worse it could be if you have no idea of the worth of the items you have lost and have no way of convincing your insurer of the value. Our expert valuers carefully examine your jewellery and provide a written valuation. You receive a professional certificate, giving a detailed description of the items and a current value. We also provide free valuation certificates on all purchases. Ask your sales consultant for a free valuation certificate when you make a purchase.
Gift Vouchers
Buying jewellery for somebody else can be a particularly difficult task as we have such a wide collection to choose from. Our gift vouchers help to overcome this problem with vouchers available from £10 upwards (subject to availability).
