We are confident that you will be delighted with your purchase.
If however you are not completely satisfied, you can return it to us within
7 days after of the date the item was delivered to you.
We will be more than happy to offer you an exchange or refund provided that
the products are returned in their original condition, unworn, with the original
packaging. All jewellery is delivered to you with a Lewis Grant security
tag attached. The security tag must not be removed and it must be fully intact
when you return any item to entitle you to an exchange.
Unfortunately, exchanges or refunds are not allowed if the Goods have been
specially made to order, personalised or altered to fit.
All Goods must be returned in their original condition in which you received
them, securely packed with the wear tag in tact. To return any products to
us, please:
- Complete the Returns Card which comes with your order.
- Clearly mark your reason for return and whether you would
like an exchange or a refund.
- Enclose your invoice with the Returns Card.
- Carefully and securely pack the items in their original packaging.
- Place the Returns Label on the parcel and return it to the
address on the label
For your protection, we recommend that you return your item
by Royal Mail Special Delivery. When returning items you are strongly
recommended to obtain proof of posting and keep it safe. We cannot
accept responsibility for parcels lost in transit.
Please note that you will be responsible for the costs of returning
the items to us unless we delivered the item to you in error,
or if the item is damaged or faulty. We are under no obligation
to collect or recover goods from you, but if we do, our costs
will be payable by you.
How Refunds are Calculated
Items returned because they are faulty or incorrect
If you are returning an item because it is faulty or because of an error on our
part, we will refund the price paid for the goods, the delivery charges incurred
in sending the item to you and pay your costs of returning it to us.
We check all items returned as faulty. In the event we find no
fault, we reserve the right to re-charge you for the item/s and
to recover our fees and expenses from you.
Items returned within the seven-day cooling off period
Where you are canceling your purchase within the 7 working day
cooling-off period, and there has been no error on our part, we
will refund the price paid for the goods to you.
We check all items returned during the seven day cooling-off period.
In the event we find that the goods are not in their original
condition or worn or if the security tag is removed, we reserve
the right to re-charge you for the item/s and to recover our fees
and expenses from you.
