How
do I find my finger size?
To find your ring size, you can download and print our Ring
& Finger Sizer. Click here to download.
When you print out the Ring and Finger Sizer make sure that
you print at 100%. Do not select the 'scale to fit page'
or 'shrink to fit page' option. You should check
that the print is the correct size by measuring the 4cm line
printed at the bottom using a ruler.
The Ring and Finger Sizer should be used as a guide only. For
the greatest accuracy, please pop into your local jewellers who
should be happy to measure your finger for you.

Call us if you can't find your ring size on our web site.
It's likely that we?ll be able to special order the
ring for you.
What
happens if I get my finger size wrong when I order the ring?
If your ring arrives and it doesn?t fit, simply post
it back to us with your preferred finger size and we'll
re-size the ring for you. Our rings are sized using a laser technique
to ensure a high quality finish.
Your first re-sizing is free of charge. Further re-sizings
are subject to a small charge depending on how many sizes the
ring is being altered.

How
can I find out the details about a diamond's quality?
When you open an item on our web site, the Diamond Guide section
describes the Cut, Colour, Clarity, Carat Weight, Polish, Symmetry
and Proportions.
Each diamond is handpicked and graded by our in-house gemologist
using the state of the art equipment to determine the colour,
cut and clarity. The diamond is supplied with a Diamond Report
from us that confirms the details shown in the diamond guide
section.
To give you extra piece of mind, many of our diamonds are also
supplied with an independent Diamond Report from the GIA, IGI,
HRD or EGL - the world's leading diamond grading laboratories.
If your diamond is supplied with an independent Diamond Report,
you can view the report by clicking on the View Report button
under the picture.
If there are no details in the Diamond Guide section, then it
should be no lower than H colour and I1 clarity. Email or call
us and we'll take look at the diamond and give you an indication
of its colour and clarity.
I've seen a two diamonds on your site with very similar specifications but one has a slightly better colour. Why are they the same price?
We handpick our diamonds from parcels and occasionally we'll
find a diamond with superior presence and beauty at a great price.
On this occasion, even though the diamond with the slightly higher
grading is more valuable that the other diamond, we have passed
the saving onto you, the customer. They're both beautiful diamonds
- the diamond with the higher grading is just better value.
Why
are your diamond ring mounts so beautiful?
Our engagement rings are handcrafted to suit the size, cut
and shape of each individual diamond.
Our competitors tend to buy diamonds according to standard sizes
so each diamond fits a standard sized mount. This makes setting
the diamond cheaper but it means that you have to compromise
the diamonds cut and beauty.
Our diamonds are handpicked for their beauty only - not their
size. Each mount is handmade to fit each individual diamond.
That's why our ring mounts are so beautiful.
Why
are your diamonds so competitively priced?
Because our diamonds are sourced directly from the world's
leading diamond cutting centres, we cut out the diamond dealers
who act as middlemen to the cutting centres. We pass any savings
that we make to our customers.
We also buy our diamonds before they are graded by the IGI. We
buy the diamonds without a certificate, we grade the diamonds
and then we send it to the IGI for certification. Pre-certified
diamonds can carry a premium over loose stones without a certificate.
That's why our diamonds are superior quality at the most
competitive prices.
Where
do your diamonds come from?
Our diamonds are sourced from various locations around the
world including Canada, Africa, Australia and Russia.
We only trade with suppliers that provide us with written guarantees
that their diamonds are conflict free.
Conflict diamonds are those sold in order to fund armed conflict
and civil wars. Profits from the trade in conflict diamonds are
used to buy arms.
All invoices for the sale of diamonds and jewellery containing
diamonds to us include a written guarantee that states they are
conflict free.
Help stop the trade in conflict diamonds. Ask for conflict-free.
