There is no charge for delivery on orders over £100. A delivery charge of £5.95 applies to all other purchases. The delivery charge will be added to the order value where appropriate.
Please note that we can only ship orders to the cardholder's billing address.
Our shipping policy helps us combat and prevent credit card fraud. If the item
you ordered is a surprise present, the wording on the packaging will not give
any indication to the item enclosed. If you are unable to sign for the delivery,
then Royal Mail will provide a notification card that delivery was attempted
so you can collect the parcel from your local sorting office at your convenience..
Stock permitting, all orders placed on the web are usually dispatched within
2 working days. During the busy Christmas period, we will advise you if there
are likely to be any delays.
Deliveries are made by Royal Mail Special Delivery or by DX Secure Mail Services to the credit or debit card holder's address only. You will be provided with the Tracking Reference details by e-mail when goods are shipped so you can track your delivery.
Please check your parcel carefully before you sign for it. If it looks as if
your parcel has been damaged or opened, you should check to see if the goods
are damaged or anything is missing.
When you sign for the parcel, you must let the Carrier know that your parcel
has been tampered with. In addition, please keep the packaging, as it may be
needed during our investigation.
